We celebrated Active Week in St. Martin's this month. Active Week was organised by the Active Committee made up staff and it did not disappoint. The children (and staff!) had an absolute ball. The children experienced lots of new sports and activities they had not taken part in before. We had dancing, basketball, exercise classes, pitch and putt, extra PE, kickboxing, boxing, jedi, badminton, football, rugby, obstacle courses and more. The children also ran or walked a kilometre a day which was a huge achievement for them. We even swapped normal homework for active homework which was a huge treat. A massive thank you to the Active Committee for organising a fantastic week, also to staff members who ran different activities and the external sportspeople who made it all possible!
