We had another very successful Book Fair this year. This could not have been achieved without the support of the children, parents, grandparents and teachers. 60% of the takings will be given to the school to buy more books for our ever increasing library. A big thank you to Lorraine Duignan, Debbie Murray, Siobhan Byrne and all the other people that helped out at the Fair.
We also had a Book Competition, where the children had to draw something from their favourite books. Photographs below of the winners and samples of some of the work, which I'm sure you will agree by looking at the entrants, made choosing the most creative picture very hard. Well done to everyone who entered the competition and we are looking forward to next year!!
