St. Martin de Porres National School were well represented at the Annual Tallaght Credit Union quiz, with 2 teams in the Senior and 2 teams in the Junior group, last weekend in the Plaza Hotel. With a nerve racking finish with a playoff for 2nd place, St. Martin de Porres came away the winners of the Senior group. They will now go on to represent Tallaght & District in the next round next month In Kilnamanagh Recreation Centre.
On the 3rd of February 2019, St. Martin de Porres Senior team came 1st in the Tallaght Credit Union schools quiz. Our team were at the top of the leader board for most of the quiz. In the end we won by 2 points and got wonderful prizes. We got a plaque, the Fr. Pius Doherty Cup and €40.
