Ms. Weber's 2nd class made jets with elastics as part of Engineers Week.
We made jets with paper. We folded the piece of paper it into a paper jet. We threw it like normal and then we had a good idea. That we can make it fly with the force of a rubber band. So we did that, so we got a rubber band and a twistable and stuck the twistable on with sellotape. Then we stuck the rubber band on the twistable and then pulled back back the jet. The rubber band stretched and we let go of the jet. Then it shot far. Some went far. some went not so far. Mine went far.
